The owner refuses to purchase a new PA system. It's impossible for staff to correctly hear orders right now because the sound quality is so poor, so it's very common to get the wrong meal at the drive through. The staff are extremely polite about fixing the mistakes caused by the horrible sound system, but it adds a huge wait and sometimes I'll just accept the wrong meal because it would take too long for them to redo it. Very polite staff, very fast and positive, but until the drive through audio system is updated, this place isn't worth going to unless you plan on going inside.
