SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. — Sunday's game at the Northwest Region Little League Softball tournament got off to a great start for Issaquah. Second baseman Taylor Chan started things off with a home run to left field to start a three-run first inning, and the team moved to a 13-3 victory over Boulder Arrowhead (Montana) in a game shortened to four innings because of the mercy rule. It was the 11th consecutive victory for Issaquah, which will play Oregon on Wednesday at 4 p.m. as pool play continues. Chan had two hits, and starting pitcher London White added three singles and scored three runs.
